The Team at RJK Multiroom are proud to have completed a large Luxury  residential home for  a discerning client located in an exclusive area in the Essex countryside.

As Part as a two year long project RJK Multiroom have specified and supplied a complex control system for this High Tech Exclusive Home.

HDL Automation forms the systems backbone controlling complex lighting scenarios, DMX 512 house wide colour control for the in ceiling coffers along with flush inlaid LED tracks to ceilings .

Audio is supplied by a Sonos front end for streaming with Sonance DSP Power amps driving the well proportioned living spaces.

Audio Delivery is via flush in ceiling speakers and subwoofers.

The garden and patio area features the supurb Sonance Landscape series with Sixteen LS48SAT surround speakers and three 10" LSV10 SUB direct burial subwoofers, all driven bay a series of Sonaance 2-750w power amps making for an awesome soundstage for any external party or BBQ.

The external areas are complimented by LED colour washing and sequenced lighting to  features, foliage and planting beds .    

Command and Control is via a bespoke designed Demopad App with room graphics simplifying the operation of all lighting, heating, blinds, Audio and TV source's. 

Two 16 Channel 4K Blustream HDBaseT Matrices deliver the multiple signal choices across the beautiful home with content from the five UK and European satellite boxes, Blue ray, Apple TV and  streaming boxes to the eighteen Smart TV positions. 

This along a dedicated Cinema watching room with 7.1 Atmos audio delivery from Yamaha.

A centrally located 36u Fan assisted equipment rack houses control  equipment such as the two Centro 8 controllers along with source equipment for audio and video, 

Multiple sub equipment racks positioned around the stylish home are fed by fibre links from the main rack delivering blisteringly fast internet speeds from the dedicated ISP's Fibre service, this is then transmitted around the house and garden using multiple dual band   Wi-Fi Access Points for a robust and reliable wireless delivery to every device.  

High Tech Remotely Monitored Security is fully  integrated into the project with IP Networked HD PTZ and ANPR Cameras complimenting an Intruder detection and IP Video door entry system allowing for high security verification via the Gate automation system. 

• Started in early 2015 ,the Project is being Added to with new exciting features as this prestige home evolves and develops, this via the owners inspired ideas for features which RJK Multiroom seamlessly integrate into the  ultimately expandable and flexible HDL and Demopad control systems.
