Here at South Quay Plaza the RJK Multiroom team have been awarded this month’s first place in the Safety League Table at Berkeley Home’s prestigious new build 68 story 600 apartment block.
RJK are now up to the thirteenth floor successfully delivering Legrand’s MyHomeUp smart home automation system, and all credit to the team for being recognised for doing it efficiently and safely.

NEW PROJECT- SOUTH QUAY PLAZA
RJK are excited to be working on a new project at South Quay Plaza, developed by Berkeley and designed by Foster + Partners, South Quay Plaza is set to be one of the tallest residential buildings in Europe.
RJK are installing and commissioning 553 apartments with Legrand Btichino's latest Smart home system.
A stylish 7inch touchscreen offers the home owner full control of;
- Dimmed & switched lighting
- Seamless switching between comfort cooling & underfloor heating
- Door entry system
- Control of Qmotion motorised Blinds
Once the homeowner moves in, all the above will be available via a free App to give full control whilst home or away.
